Terms of Use

These Terms govern the use of the inktankcare.com website and the commercial relationship regarding the InkTankCare application, published by PC Clinic Informática, Cascavel, Paraná, Brazil. Use of the software itself is governed by the License Agreement (EULA).

1. What InkTankCare is

A Windows application that prints CMYK test strips manually or on a schedule, in order to keep the printhead nozzles in use and help prevent clogging caused by disuse. It is neither a repair service nor a warranty against clogging.

2. Trial period

The application offers a 15-day evaluation period with access to all features. When that period ends, the maintenance functions remain locked until a license is purchased. Settings and history remain stored on the user's computer.

3. Price, purchase and refunds

The license is sold exclusively through the Microsoft Store, as a one-time charge with no subscription. The list price is US$ 7.99, with a launch offer of US$ 4.99 valid until 09/16/2026; amounts in US dollars, which may vary with currency conversion, local taxes and store pricing policy. Payments, billing and refund requests are processed by Microsoft and follow Microsoft Store rules, without prejudice to statutory consumer rights.

4. Use of the website

The content of this site is provided for information purposes. Screenshots, texts and materials belong to PC Clinic Informática unless stated otherwise. Reproduction intended to mislead the public as to the origin of the product is prohibited.

5. Support

Support is provided by e-mail at support@inktankcare.com, in English, Portuguese and Spanish, on business days. No response time is guaranteed, although replies are usually sent within two business days.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the site and features of the application, and update these Terms, at any time. The current version is always published on this page.

7. Third-party trademarks

Epson and EcoTank, HP and Smart Tank, Canon and MegaTank, Microsoft and Windows are trademarks of their respective owners, cited only to indicate compatibility (nominative use). InkTankCare is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by these manufacturers.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
