License Agreement (EULA)

By installing or using InkTankCare ("Software"), developed by PC Clinic Informática ("Developer"), you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not install or uninstall the Software.

1. License

The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on your own devices, subject to the rules of the store where it was acquired (for example, the Microsoft Store). Reselling, renting, sublicensing, decompiling or reverse engineering the Software is prohibited.

2. What the Software does

InkTankCare prints, manually or on a schedule, CMYK test strips designed to keep the printhead nozzles active, helping prevent clogs caused by disuse.

Evaluation period

The Software is offered with a free 15-day evaluation period granting access to all features. Once that period ends, the maintenance functions remain locked until a license is purchased through the Microsoft Store. Settings and history stored on the computer are not deleted.

3. Disclaimer of warranty

The Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Preventive maintenance reduces the risk of clogging, but no software can guarantee that a printhead will never clog — factors such as ink quality, equipment age, climate and idle time are beyond the Developer's control.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Software, including damage to equipment, ink and paper consumption, data loss or lost profits. Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the Software.

5. User responsibility

It is the user's responsibility to keep the printer installed, powered on and supplied so that scheduled prints can occur, and to periodically check the results of the test prints.

6. Third-party trademarks

Epson EcoTank, HP Smart Tank, Canon MegaTank and other cited brands belong to their respective owners and are mentioned solely to indicate compatibility (nominative use). InkTankCare is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by these manufacturers.

7. Updates and changes

The Developer may update the Software and these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
